Como ya sabéis ayer tuvimos nuestro photoshoot. Éste tuvo lugar en Richmond Park, el Parque Real más grande de Londres y hogar de ciervos salvajes y de los robles más antiguos del Reino Unido. Una maravilla. El día empezó un poco regular... hubo unos contratiempos de última hora y me quedé sin tres modelos. Pero bueno, confiaba en que las cosas se solucionaran de alguna manera. Después de la media hora de caminata que nos dimos para llegar al parque (alguien me dijo que sólo se tardaba 10 min) y cuesta arriba!! las vistas desde lo alto de Richmond Hill (las mismas que Mick Jagger tiene la suerte de admirar todas las mañanas) hicieron que el camino hacia al parque mereciera la pena. Allí nos encontramos con Claire y Elisa (las mamás) y con Phoebe, Noah, Livy y Rory (los modelos). El día era perfecto para las fotos... el cielo, la luz y el paisaje no podrían ir mejor con la idea que tenía en la cabeza para el shoot. Hacía unos 20 grados, el cielo estaba blanco y la hierba dorada por el sol... Empezamos con los niños (Noah y Rory) y súper bien. Se portaron genial e hicieron el trabajo de Mark y el mío súper fácil. Luego, seguimos con Cai y Phoebe que no se quería poner el vestido. Después de varios intentos y de las historias que se tuvo que inventar Elisa para convencerla, "Princess Phoebe" accedió. =) Todavía me faltaba una niña y justo en esos momentos llegó Claire con Brooke, la hija de su amiga Nicole, y Livy. Gracias a ella ya tenía a todos los modelos que necesitaba. Un encanto de mujer! Y por fin pudimos finalizar la sesión de fotos con ellas dos. Fue una sesión larga y todos acabamos rendidos pero los niños se portaron genial y lo hicieron súper bien. Qué ganas de ver las fotos! A todos los modelos (Noah, Rory, Cai, Phoebe, Livy y Brooke), a las mamás (Claire y Elisa) y a mi amigo Mark y el fotógrafo de esta temporada, Muchísimas Gracias por vuestra enoooorme ayuda. No lo hubiera podido hacer sin vosotros. =') ~ Yesterday we had our photoshoot which was set in Richmond Park, the largest of London's Royal Parks, home to the red and fallow deer and the most ancient oak trees in the UK. Amazing! The start of the day didn't go that well... after a last minute hitch, I was left without three of my models. =( But I was hoping things will somehow work out. After a 30 min walk to the park (someone told me it would only take 10 min) and up the hill!! the view from the top of Richmond Hill (the same Mick Jagger sees every morning) made the journey to the park worthwhile. There we met up with Claire and Elisa (the mums) and with Phoebe, Noah, Livy and Rory (the models). The day was perfect for the pics... the sky, the light and the scenery couldn't work better with the idea I had in my head for the shoot. It was 20 degrees, the sky was white and the grass, beautifully gilt by the sun... We started with the boys (Noah and Rory). It went really well and they made my job and Mark's so easy. Then, it was Cai's and Phoebe's turn who didn't want to wear the dress. After various attempts and the stories that Elisa had to come up with to convince her, "Princess Phoebe" agreed to do it. =) I still needed another girl but Claire saved the day when she appeared with Brooke, her friend Nicole's daughter, and Livy. Thanks to her, I had all the models that I needed. What a superstar!! So we finished the shoot with them. It was a long day and we all were exhausted by the end but the kids were great and did so well. I can't wait to see the pics! To all the models (Noah, Rory, Cai, Phoebe, Livy and Brooke) the mums (Claire and Elisa) and Mark, my friend and photographer for this shoot, Thank you all sooo much for your enormous help. I couldn't have done it without you. =')
